Terms and Conditions

Processing an order acknowledges acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

PRICING POLICY Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices charged will be those in effect at the time of order.	PAYMENTS Shipping is subject to payment confirmation. All orders must be paid in full unless prior written agreements have been made. All payment must be made in U.S. currency.
CLAIMS SHORTAGES AND DAMAGE Any claims for shortages or goods damaged in transit must be made within 5 calender days after receipt of the merchandise. All claims should be made to the delivering carrier by the consignee.	RESTOCKING CHARGES No merchandise may be returned for credit without the sellers prior approval, and only with transportation charges prepaid. A 20% restocking charge will be deducted from any credit issued.
WARRANTY We warrant all goods to be free of defects in material and workmanship. We repair or replace defective merchandise returned upon authorization. DO NOT return goods without receiving a return authorization. Please see our return policy to receive an RA. Warranty does not apply to items altered or subjected to misuse/negligence.	FRIEGHT POLICY All orders over $200 will be shipped free of charge, all orders totalling less than $200 will incur a shipping charge of 10% of total. Customers from Alaska, Hawaii, and foreign countries will be allowed full freight only to the embarkation point and only if other requirements are fulfilled. We reserve the right to ship the most economical way.
PRODUCT CHANGES AGI Group is constantly at work to improve its ability to offer up to date products. Therefore, in order to incorporate new engineering advances, we reserve the right to alter model designs and to change weights and speccifications. AGI Group shall not be required to modify equiptment already sold or in service.	IMPORTANCE NOTICE Should a product prove to be defective or unsuitable in any way, it is understood that Seller's and Manufacturer's limit of liability for all damages, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, shall be to repair defective products, to provide equivalent quantity of replacement products or to refund the purchase price.
